Laura is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in lending and capital markets, including leadership roles at major banks and top brokerage firms. She is the Founder and CEO of Ahead Consulting Solutions, LLC (Ahead CRE), where she focuses exclusively on debt and equity origination. Laura holds an MBA, is active in industry and community organizations, and has received multiple awards recognizing her leadership and impact.

Chad brings over 30 years of experience in operations, IT, and cybersecurity across industries including finance, healthcare, and defense. As the Operations and Technology Consultant at Ahead CRE, he oversees operations, technology, marketing materials, and CRM systems. A Marine Corps veteran and former CISO, Chad has led major compliance initiatives and is currently pursuing his MBA.​​
